• Your professionalism and the clarity of your booking system
  and communications before our event were great. Your website was easy to navigate, e-mails to/from you and Franc were prompt and thorough and your agreement and terms for joining us are straightforward, clear and easy to finalize. We specifically like how you spelled out the options for various event types ('strolling', 'concert' or mix of both).  
• Recommendations up front on how to make our party a success. (Like educating us on possible weather issues if we were to consider an outdoor performance!) 
• Your connection with guests of all ages and tailoring of entertainment for our specific party was fantastic. You clearly have experience across many venues and with many types of diverse audience groups. You made a point to learn about our expectations before our party and delivered with excellence during and after the party. 
• You are so very personable and gregarious and it showed as you made a point to speak directly to us and our guests by calling on guests by their names, inviting several to join you as 'experts' in skits and make yourself accessible for questions and approachable while you were packing up after the show. 
• You did a great job of holding everyone's attention (young and mature) by having a variety of quick and light-hearted tricks along with a variety of longer, more detailed and multi-part tricks in both the 'strolling' and 'concert' parts of your show.
